At Proud 2 Clean, we strive to provide a seamless and professional service for all our clients. Please read our booking policy to ensure a smooth experience.

Booking & Confirmation:
All bookings must be made through our website, phone, or email.
A confirmation email or text will be sent once your booking is secured.
For urgent or same-day bookings, please contact us directly to check availability.

Service Details:

This booking is for a standard cleaning service that includes the following:

  • General dusting

  • Vacuuming

  • Mopping

  • Kitchen and bathroom cleaning

  • Surface wiping

Standard cleans are based on one cleaner attending. However, we reserve the right to assign additional cleaners at our discretion. In such cases, although the clean may be completed in less time, the agreed rate remains the same, as pricing is based on the service, not the duration.

If additional services are required, please contact us in advance to discuss and confirm any extra charges.

Payment & Deposits:
Bookings made online require a debit/credit card payment at the time of booking.
We accept bank transfer for telephone bookings.
Late payments may result in a delay or cancellation of services.
Any cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a cancellation fee.

Cancellations & Rescheduling:
Refunds within 48 hours of the scheduled service will receive a full refund.
Cancellations within 24 hours of the appointment will be charged 50% of the booking fee.
No-shows or cancellations on arrival will be charged the full service fee.
To reschedule, please use the link provided in the confirmation booking email at least 24 hours before the scheduled service.

Access to Property:
Clients must ensure access to the property at the agreed time.
If we are unable to access the property, a call-out fee may apply.
Please include in the additional details box when booking any access instructions, such as lock box entry if required.
Parking must be available. If no parking is available, the client must arrange in advance.
Key collection/drop-off can be arranged for an additional fee.

Satisfaction Guarantee:
If you are not satisfied with our service, please notify us within 24 hours so we can resolve the issue.
We do not offer refunds but will arrange a re-clean if necessary.

Liability & Damages:
Our cleaners take the utmost care, but in the event of accidental damage, please report it within 24 hours.
We are insured for public liability, but we are not responsible for pre-existing damage or wear and tear.

Health & Safety:
We reserve the right to refuse service if a property poses health or safety risks to our team.
Please inform us in advance of any special cleaning requirements, such as pet-related cleaning or high-risk areas.

Photographic Evidence

We reserve the right to take before and after photographs of the areas we clean. These are for our internal use only, purely to protect our team and business should there be any dispute regarding the quality or completion of our work. Photographs will never be shared publicly without express permission.
